South Fork Water Board Proposed Water System Development Charge
(SDC) Methodology, Fees and Credits

Public Notice is hereby given that the South Fork Water Board is scheduled to hold a public hearing on a proposed Water SDC methodology on Wednesday, May 24th, 2017 at 6:00 PM. The public hearing will be held at South Fork Water Board’s Offices at 15962 Hunter Ave, Oregon City, OR 97045.

Proposal: Adopt the updated Water System Development Charge (SDC) rate methodology study, update Water SDC rates, and establish the date when the updated Water SDC rates become effective.

Find out about the project: In most cases, the hearing materials including the SDC methodology are available on the Board’s web site at www.sfwb.org. The hearing materials are also available for review at the South Fork Water Board Offices or can be copied for a reasonable cost at the South Fork Water Board Offices located at 15962 Hunter Ave, Oregon City, OR 97045.

The applicable code criteria include: State of Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 223.304(6)

Provide your comments in writing or at the hearing: Written public comments regarding this matter may be submitted to the South Fork Water Board Office located at 15962 Hunter Ave, Oregon City, OR 97045. To be included in the South Fork Water Board packets, written comments must be submitted no later than Wednesday, May 10th, 2017. However, both oral and written comments will also be accepted up to and at the hearing.

PLEASE NOTE:
This notice is to inform the public of the proposed adoption of the Water SDC Methodology by the South Fork Water Board and serves to fulfill the 90-days’ notice to interested parties as required by ORS 223.304. If adopted, the proposed local Water SDC Methodology will go into effect for all applicable permit applications submitted on or after July 1, 2017.

Notice to mortgagee, lien holder, vendor or seller: The South Fork Water Board requests that you promptly forward this notice to the purchaser if this notice is received.
